About Us

Rick and Christina Lee:

Rick is an advent gardener. He had his first garden at 6 years old. Over the years he has expanded his knowledge of growing fruit trees, herbs and gardening. He is a graduate of Traditions School of Herbal Studies (Western Herbalism). He is a member of, and past VP of, the Manatee Rare Fruit Counsel. He loves gardening and tending his fruit trees, and has turned our yard into a food forest. He has aquaponics in which he raises tilapia, hydroponics and raised bed gardens. Our food forest/yard is covered with rare tropical fruit trees, (bananas, lychees, langans, papayas, pineapples, various types of mangoes, lemons, limes, moringa and more). He is also grows corn, potatoes, onions, lettuces, has an herb garden with lots of different herbs, he grows various types of hot peppers including reapers and habanernos, and much, much more.

Christina, Rick’s Wife of 49+ years, assists with the herbal medicine making, and is a jewelry design artist. She makes her own glass lampwork beads, fused glass pendants and precious metal clay pendants which she incorporates into her jewelry. She weaves, crochets, and is learning to spin fiber on her spinning wheel. Christina also teaches various art classes in her home art studio and via the web.

The Lees desire to assist others in learning to live healthy life styles. Their goal is to make healthy products for others to enjoy and to teach others about the benefits of the natural herbs/medicines God placed on the earth for our health.

The Lees make their home in Bradenton, Florida, and love love living in Paradise. They enjoy spending time with their children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. They are scuba divers and kayakers. They are active members at The Family Church at Christian Retreat in Bradenton, Florida for more than 26 years, where Rick is a Deacon, a member of the Worship Team, a member of the Board of Directors, and an Ordained Minister.
